John Przybyla, 75, of Dell Prairie, Wisconsin was pulled over because of a broken tail light and crossing over the center line. When the police officer asked about the smell of alcohol on his breath, John denied drinking any alcoholic drinks. He told the officer that he had eaten beer battered fish that night and that is what the officer must have smelled! Oh really?! The officer immediately gave John a breathalyzer test which he failed. Come to find out, this was his 10th OWI (operating while intoxicated) offense! John's in big trouble!

Daniel Gargiulo and Michael Rochefort were suspects in several reported burglaries in Palm Beach County, Florida. They were both put in the back of a squad car while heir vehicle was being searched. Although the police found possibly stolen items, it wasn't an open and shut case. But thanks to the crooks, it became one.
While sitting in  the back of a police car that was fully equipped with a working camera and recording device, the crooks discussed what their alibis would be with the stolen items and the drugs that the officers had found. They even talked about the crimes they had committed! The crooks didn't realize that they were not only being recorded but videotaped as well! Now the case was open and shut! The dumb crooks opened their mouths and didn't shut up until they had blabbed it all!
