A house in Lake County, Florida, near Orlando, was broken into, early Sunday morning, July 7. The woman called the police and told them that the back door had been kicked in and clothing, jewelry, a TV, and other electronic devices had been stolen. And she had a good idea who did it. In fact, the police found the burglar straight-away, and they arrested him without a struggle.
His name was Domonique Pinkard. Where was he found? Fast asleep on the victim's couch. It seems he had stayed up Saturday night and just needed to sit down and rest a bit. But he was so tired, he sacked out. He lied to police, telling them that the jewelry he had in his pocket was his girlfriend's. But the homeowner quickly identified it as hers. Since the TV was missing and the burglar was found asleep on the couch, the police knew there had to be an accomplice. Domonique led them to Julian Evangelist who happened to be in possession of the remaining stolen goods.
All the stolen items were recovered and the sleeping bandit and his side kick who left him there sleeping both landed in the county jail. Now they could get all of the sleep they needed!
