A 47-year-old divorcee from South London, England, said that she has finally found true love and knows the true meaning of marriage now. But it wasn't a man she married... nor even a human. It was her dog! And, NO, this is NOT an April Fool's Day joke.   Amanda Rodgers said that she fell in love with Sheba soon after they met. Amanda got down on one knee, proposed to her dog, and the dog said yes! How? By wagging her tail, of course.
Amanda spent a lot of money on the wedding, inviting over 200 guests. Then she and her dog sealed it with a kiss. Amanda said, "We have a deep connection," and added, "I couldn't think of anything more I'd need from a life partner."
Okay, that's it! Stop the madness! Now, I know people can have an emotional connection with a pet, but this is on a whole new level. Love your dog? Yes. But you don't marry the dog! It's an animal! This sounds a little kooky to me. Okay, I'll take that back... it sounds very kooky!
