On March 9, Sheena Keynna, 27, was walking while texting on her phone in Lakeland, Florida, as she normally did. But this day was different! As Sheena kept her eyes on her phone and texted, she walked around some crossing gates, and was going to cross the train tracks. Sheena was only paying attention to her phone, and didn't see the oncoming freight train! The fast-approaching train barely clipped her, but spun her into the air. Sheena injured her right arm and leg, but survived. One more step and she would have died! Everyone has heard the warning, "don't text and drive", but now there is a new rule... don't text and walk!

Dustin Wheeler, 33, of Indiana, has had many traffic tickets over the past 15 years. He has been pulled over for erratic driving, not wearing a seat belt, speeding, driving on a suspended license, etc., etc. His license was first suspended 14 years ago, and, by this February, had been suspended a total of (are you ready for this) 67 times! Dustin kept getting tickets, especially for driving on a suspended license, because he never paid his fines! Well, it's all come to a halt... this March, Dustin pleaded guilty in traffic court to driving on a suspended license for a 68th time! This time, the judge wasn't so lenient. Dustin was finally sentenced to jail... for 20 days. He also has to pay a little over $1,000 to get his license restored. Will he pay? Only time will tell!
