We have all heard of bank robberies through the years, but have you ever heard of a bank doing the robbing? That is what happened in China. The "bank" looked like a bank, inside and out. It had employees with bank uniforms. It advertised great interest rates for savings accounts. But it was all a sham! About 200 people opened up accounts, depositing over $32 million altogether, for over a year! The scammers couldn't stop scamming! Eventually, the authorities found out and arrested the culprits, but not until most of the money had been squandered!

Now for a disturbing sham that happened in Florida. A 17-year-old with an official lab coat, complete with a stethoscope and mask, posed as a doctor at Saint Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach. "Dr. Robinson" (the fake teen doctor) roamed the halls of the hospital for a whole month! He interacted with nurses and other hospital employees, entering exam rooms occasionally with other doctors. Even the security guards thought he was a real doctor! Eventually, it took a patient to figure it out, alerting someone that a boy was posing as a "doctor". The police were notified, and they took the boy into custody. Since he is a minor, his name is being withheld.
